We are looking for practitioners to share space with us on the following services
This clinic offers acupuncture, massage and beauty treatments. They are not variations of one another, and knowing which is which saves you booking the wrong thing.
Practitioners hold AHPRA registration with the Chinese Medicine Board. A full history before anything happens, because what is appropriate changes with pregnancy, medication, implanted devices and several other things.
For a specific complaint: assessment, then targeted soft-tissue work. Diploma-level training, governed by professional associations rather than AHPRA. Often claimable through private health funds — check with yours.
An hour of being looked after, and a perfectly good reason to book. What it is not is treatment for a condition, and nobody here will suggest otherwise.
Skin and appearance work. It does not treat medical conditions. A good beauty therapist will tell you when something on your skin needs a doctor rather than a treatment, and ours will.
A specific complaint: remedial or acupuncture, and say what the complaint is. Tired and wrung out with nothing specific: relaxation. Skin or appearance: the beauty side. Not sure: ring and describe it.
Tell us about pregnancy, blood thinners, a pacemaker, lymphoedema, diabetes affecting skin or circulation, recent surgery, or any recent cosmetic procedure. None of it rules anything out; all of it changes how.
